Goods Handling: While we take utmost care in handling your goods, the client acknowledges that some factors are beyond our control. Packit Packers & Movers Pvt. Ltd is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, or events beyond reasonable control.
Insurance: Clients are encouraged to consider insurance options for their goods. Our warehouses are insured against theft and loss, but additional insurance for the transportation process is the responsibility of the client.
Documentation: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation required for international moves, including visa and custom clearance. Any delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation are not the responsibility of Packit Packers & Movers Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling of services should be communicated in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Cancellation fees may apply, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
